Attorney Donald Malarcik was chosen as a Leading Lawyer in 2007 by Inside Business Magazine as a Northeast Ohio attorney who is making an impact in his firm and in the region.

How He Was Chosen

Inside Business sent out 3,000 ballots that were sent to area lawyers asking them to nominate the top legal professionals in Northeast Ohio. Nominations were also solicited via the Inside Business web site.

Winners must have received nominations from outside their firms, and same-firm ballots were given less weight than outside votes.

After votes were tabulated a blue-ribbon panel of well-respected attorneys from some of the areas top firms evaluated the list. The panel helped Inside Business determine the most worthy candidates to ensure that no interoffice politics could happen.

Thru this process Inside Business singled out more than 100 attorneys as the Leading Lawyers in Northeast Ohio and Donald Malarcik was chosen as one of the Leading Lawyer!
