Michael Biglow graduated from Bucknell University in 1991 and graduated With Distinction from the Emory University School of Law in 1994. While at Emory University he was the Articles Editor for the Emory University International Law Review. Mike is admitted to practice law in Ohio, New Jersey and Georgia.
Michael began the practice of law in Atlanta, Georgia as an associate with D. Robert Autrey, Jr. where he specialized in Domestic Relations and Small Business Litigation. In 1997 he left private practice and became a criminal prosecutor. In 2002 Mike moved to Akron when he joined the Summit County Prosecutor's Office as an Assistant Prosecutor. Mike joined Gorman, Malarcik Pierce and Vuillemin in January of 2006.
Michael has a vast amount of trial experience, having tried over 60 jury trials during his career. He has tried everything from Driving Under the Influence to Murder cases. Mike also has extensive experience with appellate issues and post conviction relief.
Michael's practice areas include: Criminal Defense, both Felony and Misdemeanor, trials and appeals; Domestic Relations; Juvenile Court, including Delinquency proceeding and Dependency and Neglect matters; and Business Litigation.
